EAGOH (“we”, “us”, “our”), operated by NDSTRII Studios LLC, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the EAGOH mobile application and website (collectively, the “Platform”). By using EAGOH, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

We do not sell personal information. Your data is used solely to provide and improve the EAGOH platform experience. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their marketing purposes.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when creating an account, using EAGOH features, and interacting with the platform. This includes account credentials, profile details, EAGOH configurations, Open Intelligence observations, Exchange marketplace activity (listings, purchases, sync windows, and vendor orders), Arena matchups, Faction participation and join requests, sponsored banner bookings, notification records, and Neuron transaction history.

Account Information

When you register, we collect your email address and username. Your password is handled securely by Supabase Auth and is never stored in plaintext. We may also collect optional profile preferences such as theme selection, haptic feedback settings, and notification preferences.

Public Profile Information

EAGOH maintains public profile pages that display your username, avatar, banner image, public title, knowledge credentials, credibility tags, marketplace reputation, EAGOH count, top EAGOHs, and active intelligence domains. You control which information appears on your public profile through your profile settings. Your email address, private user ID, subscription tier, and account preferences are never displayed on your public profile.

User Content

Content you create on EAGOH, including EAGOH identities, Open Intelligence observations, Exchange listings, Faction messages, source credentials, retained intelligence entries, and generated images, is stored on our servers. You control what you share publicly through Exchange listings, Faction activity, and your public profile. Private data such as your email, account settings, and Neuron transaction history are never shared publicly.

Exchange & Marketplace Activity

We record Exchange activity necessary to operate the marketplace, including listings you create, purchases you make or receive, buyer and vendor EAGOH attribution, sync start and expiry times, purchase status (such as completed, refunded, reversed, disputed, or invalidated), and your purchase history. Expired and refunded purchase records are retained in history for record-keeping and dispute resolution. Purchase records are visible to the buyer, the vendor, and authorized administrators; public listings are visible to other users as described in the listing.

Neuron Transaction Data

EAGOH records all Neuron transactions, including subscription allocations, purchases, spending, rewards, refunds, and rollovers. This data is used to display your Neuron activity history, compute balances, and maintain platform integrity. Transaction data is private and visible only to you and authorized EAGOH administrators. Transaction records may be retained for accounting and dispute resolution purposes even after account deletion.

AI Processing Disclosure

When you use EAGOH features that involve artificial intelligence (such as chat analysis, image generation, observation quality scoring, Arena comparisons, and EAGOH intelligence responses), your content is transmitted to third-party AI providers including OpenAI for processing. These providers process your data solely for the purpose of generating AI responses and do not use your data for their own model training in accordance with their respective data processing agreements.

Third-Party Providers

EAGOH relies on the following third-party services:

• Supabase — provides database hosting, authentication, and file storage for your account data, EAGOH content, and generated images.
• OpenAI — processes text prompts for AI chat analysis, observation quality scoring, Arena comparisons, EAGOH intelligence responses, and image generation.
• RevenueCat — manages subscription purchases, Neuron Pack purchases, and payment processing through Apple App Store in-app purchase. RevenueCat does not receive your EAGOH content, observation data, or Faction activity.
• Apple App Store — processes all in-app purchases. Payment information is handled by Apple and is not accessible to EAGOH.

Each provider adheres to its own privacy and security standards. We do not sell personal information to any third party.

Social Share Verification

If you participate in the Social Share Verification program, you may submit screenshots of shared EAGOH content for verification. These screenshots are reviewed for authenticity and may be retained for fraud prevention purposes. Submitted screenshots are not shared publicly and are visible only to authorized reviewers.

Notifications

If you use EAGOH, we generate in-app notification records related to your account activity, such as purchase confirmations, Faction updates, and platform announcements. These records are tied to your account and are not shared with other users. You can manage notification preferences in your account settings.

Device Information

We collect basic device information necessary for app functionality, including device model, operating system version, and app version. This information helps us debug issues and improve the platform experience.

Data Retention

We retain your account data and content for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Anonymized or aggregated data may be retained for analytical purposes. Neuron transaction records and Exchange purchase records may be retained for accounting, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution purposes as described in those sections.

Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS), database-level row-level security (RLS) via Supabase, authenticated API access, and server-side atomic transactions for Neuron deductions. All Neuron spending, banner purchases, and Exchange transactions are processed through secure server-side worker endpoints — the client never directly modifies balances or inserts transaction records. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

You have the right to: (a) access your personal data stored in EAGOH; (b) request correction of inaccurate data; (c) request deletion of your account and associated data through the app settings; (d) withdraw consent where processing is consent-based; (e) receive a copy of your data in a portable format where required by law; and (f) object to or restrict certain processing where required by law.

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have these rights under the GDPR. If you are a California resident, the CCPA gives you the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA.

Account deletion permanently removes your EAGOHs, observations, Exchange listings, Faction memberships, retained intelligence, and profile data. To exercise these rights, contact us at eagohsupport@ndstriistudios.com.

Children’s Privacy

EAGOH is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will take steps to delete such information.

International Users

EAGOH is operated from the United States. If you access EAGOH from outside the United States, your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using EAGOH, you consent to such transfer and processing in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Continued use of EAGOH after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
